I will continue my blog writing with another highly esthetic movie directed by the famous Makoto Shinkai, "Weathering with You". Unlike my previous post Your Name, this one did not require much effort since most of the scenes were located around the Tokyo area. With gloomy colors, they were perfectly able to capture the true charm of Tokyo just like in real life NGL.
1. Tokyo Teleport St. and Odaiba Area
The first spot that appeared in the movie was near Tokyo Teleport St. in front of Venus Fort in Odaiba.

Head north towards the Odaiba station and you can find the sight of the famous Tokyo rainbow bridge seen from Odaiba Seaside Park Observatory Deck.

2. Ginza Local Shrines
We can find some notable little shrines throughout the movie. One of the iconic shrines Hina prayed to become the "Sun Bringer" that they took inspiration from real life called "Asahi Inari Shrine" which is conveniently located on a rooftop.

Walk around 900 m towards Shinbashi St., we can find another shrine that also has a resemblance to the movie.

3. Shibakoen Park
The third place I visited was a park with a stunning view of the Tokyo Tower by the name of Shibakoen Park.

4. Shinjuku / Kabukicho Area
This area is the most "adult-like" area in the whole Shinkai Makoto universe, also among all the spots I have visited.

Head towards the JR rail bridge and you can find McDonald's from the movie!

5. Shibuya Crossing
Here is another famous touristy spot in Tokyo of course, the Shibuya Crossing.

6. Tabata Station
There were also some spots located around the Tabata St. Seemed like Hina's apartment located around here.

7. Sensoji Temple in Asakusa
One more touristy place is the famous Sensoji temple in Asakusa. There was one scene where the gang got a work to make sure the sun shines here.

8. Nozokisaka Hill
Here's one of the spot that is shared with another spot from anime "Saekano".
